Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Customized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • If an item is defective or damaged we exchange to the same item if possible. Send us an email at kgj@peninsularjewels.com to determine availability.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email with receipt or proof of purchase at support@shamballajewels.com.
  2. Describe what item (order no.) you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Include order confirmation to the package and send items back to the following address:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item
  • If refunds or exchange are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note that the cost of return shipping is covered by the buyer.
  • Please note that when returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend returning the package with a traceable service so it can be located
